new bishop for gary dioceses

Monsignor Robert McClory comes from the archdiocese in Detroit.
He replaces Bishop Donald Hying who left the Gary Diocese in the spring
for a diocese in Madison Wisconsin.
The 56 year old McClory is the fifth bishop in the history of the Gary diocese.
